This bridge connects Kannonia, where we are staying, with another part of the island. It's really narrow -- just enough room for two people to walk -- but the locals find a way to ride their Vespas down it, and rather quickly at that.
Mouse Island is also called Pondikonisi. Legend has it that this rocky islet is a Phaeacian ship that was turned to stone after taking Odysseus back to Ithaka. I wonder if Odysseus' luggage made it to Ithaka.
Which translates in Greek to "half church/half gift shop." My kind of hang out.
I thought hydrangea only hung out in the South, but they had some massive ones over there.
